Lee was an excellent roofer. Gave me quotes quickly for flat roof restoration - a top notch/high quality materials option and one for quicker/ cheaper fix alternative. Turned up when he said he would for quote & the work. Worked hard, tidied up and had the cleanest roofer's van I've ever seen (always a good sign, I think). Would certainly use him again.

Excellent work, completed on time and within the pre agreed Budget, very tidy on site management and careful consideration of us living in the house whilst the project was undertaken. Highly recommended.

We used Mackenzie Rooking for a full renewal of a slated Victorian 2 storey semi detated villa. There was very clear communication from start to finish, and the impact on us and neighbours was minimal. The quality of the work was very good, with minimal post completion defects. We were able to coordinate gutter and downpipe painting while the scaffold was up. Have recommended to others and would continue to do so.

Lee has carried out work / repairs to my properties. He is quick to respond and his work has always been to a high standard. He is very easy to deal with and honest about what has to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Lee worked tirelessly on replacing my entire slate roof. He communicated well and we discussed various materials and techniques.
The finished result was excellent. As a result of his work many neighbours and friends have requested Lee’s workmanship.
Just to add, My address is one of the highest locations in Edinburgh, close to the Observatory. We have had recorded wind speeds of 103mph. The roof remains intact, water tight and not to mention elegant.

Lee did a great job. I thought I might need a new roof but he assured me a good tidy up was all that was required. I thought I was in for a huge bill but he assured me he could get it ship shape and he did. Delighted with his work.

Mackenzie roofing has done work both at my home and at my work on multiple occasions.

Can’t recommend Lee enough. We had years of trouble with our roof. It was an extension to the house and constantly leaked in heavy rain. After 10 years and numerous different roofers claiming to have ‘fixed’ it we were recommended Lee. Lovely chap, very honest and good price. Since he fixed it probably about a year ago now it has been perfect.
I would definitely use MacKenzie roofing again if we ever had any other issues.

Provision of missing tiles / ridge tiles & reinstatement of loose one.

Lee is fantastic. Really straight talking and honest.
